Can i use aczone dapsone gel on a scar burn? will it work?

Why?: Burn scars improve by applying pressure. Dapsone is an acne treatment and shouldn't be expected to help. Pressure can be applied by taping over the scars with a silicone gel pad that can be purchased online or at a surgical supply store. Gloves and garments that are made specifically for burn scars are very helpful. Lastly, injection of scars with corticosteroids will significantly flatten them.
