Very useful: Silicone gel sheets, now available in patches by several manufacturers, have been found to be very useful in remodeling scar tissue. The gentle pressure applied to the skin by the patch will slowly flatten scars and keloids. They need to be worn regularly for several weeks to months for its full effect.
