Intracardiac shunt: You should have a cardiac MRI (which is extremely accurate) to confirm your diagnosis as echo is notoriously inaccurate for right sided quantitation. Ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosis and other forms of l to r shunt can cause this. Also severe tricuspid or pulmonary insufficiency. Primary pulmonary hypertension is also on the list. Good luck!
