Maybe: Femhrt comes in 2 dose forms.1 has 0.5mg/.25mg synthetic progesterone/ estrogen. The other has 1mg/0.5mg. Spotting in a post menopausal woman can be caused by the hormones, but, it could be a sign of something more serious. An endometrial biopsy or D&C should be done. Contact your gyn as soon as possible to arrange this.
