I was laughing very hard for maybe 5-7 seconds. i immediately noticed when i stopped that i saw a black spot in my vision, i felt a hot flash and sweating. it all happened as quickly as it came on. im going through menopause, can that cause it?!?

There is sometimes a hormonal imbalance during menopause causing all kinds of symptoms and it could be due to that. But if you have any more vision symptoms pl see an ophthalmolgist.
