Nutrition & exercise: Good nutrition & regular exercise are key to getting healthy. While mediterranean diet has most evidence supporting its benefits, it may not be applicable to all religions & cultures. But general principles are same. Be sure to expend more energy than you consume to gradually lose fat weight. Aim for 500cal/d deficit = 1 lb/wk loss. Talk to your family doc to be sure you're otherwise healthy.
