Positive attitude: Weight loss is best when done pregressively a little at a time. Loosing just one kilo each month for the next 8 months will positively impact your health. Eat smaller portions but eat healthy with whole grains, lean protein and veggies. Choose water instead of sugary drinks and fruits instead of juice.Exercise for 10-20 min dly even with little things like jump rope, jogging, running .Keep motivated.

Desired/realistic: The desired BMI body mass index at 16 would be 20.25 or 50.5 kg.A realistic BMI would be to get under 26 or 64.5 kg by age 18 to be considered in a normal weight range.Learning portion control and eating more wisely over time is where this battle is won.Finding an exercise activity you like will help but not as much as learning how to eat better.
