Does alcohol interact with azor (amlodipine and olmesartan)?

Antihypertensives: Amlodipine/olmesartan in combination is azor (amlodipine and olmesartan). There is no contraindication to use of alcohol while taking this, but always helpful to check with your pharmacist who has access to computerized lists of interactions. Good luck.

No: If used in moderation, it does not interact. Heavy alcohol use/withdrawal is associated with hypertension however.
