Probably not: Although all stimulants cause a slight increase in blood pressure, the effect is relatively minor in most individuals. You should check with the doctor who is treating you hypertension, but an easy way to test is a pragmatic one: monitor your blood pressure several times a day off Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and then again at the same times on adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). If it remains in good control, you're fine.
