Many things: Have you seen a GI specialist? May need to go to a special university medical center for exams. Digestive dysfunction after gallbladder surgery, sphincter of oddi spasm, esophageal spasm from reflux, bile reflux gastritis, h. Pylori stomach infection, etc? Many possibilities to consider.
