Yes: Cin 2 is pretty common in women in your age group. Theoretically, the abnormal cells can come back, but hopefully not. That was the whole purpose in having your doctor remove them. The best thing you can do is make sure to have safe sex practices. The fewer partners you have, the less likely you'll come in contact with more hpv strains.
