Very important to emphasize that opioids and Fioricet are chronic contributors to the worsening intensity and frequency of migraine headaches if taken on an ongoing basis. It is always best to avoid both if one suffers from migraines. Would have a visit with a neurologist to design a safe and effective management plan.
