I'm 26 weeks pregnant & have had a migraine all day. tylenol (acetaminophen) isn't helping. is there anything else i can do? should i be concerned?

Possibly: Make sure that high blood pressure is not the cause of the headaches. Have your OB check BP and urine for protein.

Thank

U need evaluation: Assuming you have already been worked up for migraines then if necessary the doc can give u a shot of narcotics if necessary, if you haven't been worked up in the past then u need a workup to make sure nothing strange like a brain tumor or aneurysm is causing the migraine, if u were a coffee drinker before preg and stopped that can sometimes cause them so i tell my pts 1 cup of caffinated is ok.
