Safe sedation: Sleep is often the best treatment for severe migraine. Your doctor can prescribe safe sedative medication as well as nausea medication. Later in pregnancy triptans and Aspirin may be safe. Be sure your blood pressure is well controlled.

If they are : Intermittent and debilitating, you can talk to your OB use about using narcotics. Occasional and appropriate use shouldn't be a big problem for the baby.
