Your doctor can help: If you have not, you need a physical exam by your doctor. You may also need to have some blood tests to make sure that you are not anemic(can happen if your menses are heavy). More tests may be required if your blood counts(hemoglobin) is normal.

Blackness: If you are seeing blackness when you bend over, there may be a problem with the optic nerve. Seek care from your local eye doctor as soon as possible.
