Are small flashes of light in vision normal? i have an eye floater in my right eye, could it be from that?

See eye doc: Although light flashes may be associated with migraines, these can also be associated with retinal problems such as vitreous and retinal detachments, and is not a normal phenomenon. So, could be very benign, but don't take risk, get checked and likely reassured.

No: Flashing lights in your vision are not normal. You need an urgent trip to the ophthalmologist to make sure you don't have a tear in your retina.
