Tendonitis: Things going on at the same time in great detail. one needs to know What are the current symptoms and what is being treated. Anyone with a touch of arthritis, andabruise can have similar findingsoften one is better off seeing a qualified hand surgeon or orthopedist as differential may be arthritis of the pisotrqutral joint

Varies: There are multiple potential causes of wrist and hand pain and I would encourage you to be evaluated by a specialist. In part because your diagnosis makes no sense. Tendonitis is an inflammation of a tendon and the pisiform is a bone. You can not have a Tendonitis of a bone.
