A part of my hand somewhere in pisiform aches whenever i used my hand for writing. also when i am pressing that part i feel pain. what could this be?

Many reasons: wrist pain could come from a variety of reason. could be inflammation in one of the carpal bones like the navicular or the lunate are famous for that .could be avascular necrosis to the carpal bone from an old trauma. could be the tendons from over use causing tendinitis.. could be the median nerve in the wrist that could lead to a carpel tunnel syndrome. as you could see ,the list is long see DOC

Pisiform: Things going on at the same time in great detail.for the current symptoms and what is being treated. Anyone with a touch of arthritis, andabruise can have similar findings often one is better off seeing a qualified hand surgeon or orthopedist . pisotriqutral arthritis, fracture, contusion , tendonitis of the FCU all are possible
