Wrist discomfort: It could be tendonitis or an overuse syndrome of muscles or ligaments from computer use or other repetative activities involving your wrist. Try cold and/or warm compresses, resting the wrist from repetative activities or any strain on it and,if you can take them, NSAIDS like ibuprofen should help. If symptoms persist, consult your physician or an orthopedic specialist.
