Calorie diary: If you're not already doing so, keeping a detailed diary of your food/drink intake can help you understand what/when and how much you're taking in every day, so that you can make additional changes to your diet if needed. Many apps are available for this. Keep exercising (both weights and cardio) and increase your overall activity (i.e. Stand instead of sitting, stairs instead of elevator).

Weight loss: You body tends to adapt to your new strategies. First congratulations on your life style change and weight loss. At this point the devil's in the details: what you are eating, how often, what amounts. What are you doing for exercising including cardiovascular and resistance training. What are your goals for weight loss or probably more importantly body fat loss.

Depends. : After initial weight loss. If may have more difficulty losing weight especially if you gain muscles. May need increased excercise and further reduction in calories. See a bariatrician.
