I don't think: Anatomy of renal vein affects renal function, just renal artery. Ask a kidney specialist to be sure. Pain from this condition is also rare. Your blood pressure needs to be controlled, whatever the cause.

I have not heard: About lobed or curled renal veins. Sometimes renal veins are very tortuous, but it is extremely unlikely to affect the kidney, please ask your doctor about what that means in your report. Please also see your doctor to get your blood pressure under control. The numbers listed are too high and need to be reduced to prevent long term heart and vascular damage.
