Ultrasound: Ultrasound of gb shows all stones. Most stones can be seen on xray and ct but not all stones. Us is best.

Usually ultrasound: An ultrasound of the gallbladder is usually the simplest, least expensive test to diagnose gallstones. Gallstones can be found incidentally on a number of other tests like ct, mri, etc.
