Cartilage loss : Bone on bone in MRI shows severe articular cartilage loss. You seem to be young to have lost such extensive cartilage . See a rheumatologist to evaluate reasons for such extensive cartilage loss . You don't mention any prior injury. Need to see an orthopedist for possible surgical intervention.
