If there is: Pain and swelling you may have an infection. It could also b reactive breast tissue changing do 2 hormone fluctuations. If its not subsiding i would get seen sooner but it's likely not a cancer due to ur age and the presentation. Good luck.

Most likely a cyst: @ ur age & no strong history of breast cancer, this is most likely a cyst as nodes from malignant disease r usually not painful. But 4 peace of mind i would have it looked at now. Tell ur gyn & report this change in ur health 2 him/ her & get in 4 an evaluation. Sometimes if u tell that all u want looked @ is the lump u may b able 2 cn quickly & still keep ur regular appointment.
