Irregular: If your heart is actually beating irregularly, whether or not it is provoked by eating, you need to have more workup done. If it's coincidental and you're going into and out of an irregular rhythm, you may be at increased risk of stroke. You should see your pcp or a cardiologist. You may need a holster monitor or a loop recorder. Google them for more info.
