Many causes & cure: The voice is produced by voice box called larynx. Any anatomical abnormality like paralysis , polyp or cancer can change voice. Nasal deformity is an other reason. It can be temporary by constant crying or high pitch singing. It can be effected by diseases like parkinson's, stroke, depression. There are many causes and you have to treat the cause. See ENT doctor & speech pathologist. Good luck.
