Possible: Some patients report hoarseness when using flonase. Perhaps the corticosteroid drips down into the throat area as the cause. I would rinse your mouth well after spraying the Flonase and see if that avoids the problem.

Yes it's a common: Side effect of steroid. Post nasal drip would do the same. Rinse your mouth or gargle with water after each use and this procedure may prevent the hoarseness.God bless u!
