Prostate Source: Given the description, an sti could be possible, most likely gonorrhea. You should be tested by your local md. If you do not have it, then the prostate can be a source of such symptoms. Groin, testicle or low back pain are common. Increase water intake, reduce caffeine, begin nsaids (aleve) with food twice a day for two weeks. Hot soaks in a tub helps. F/u with md if not better in 7-10 days.
