Clean: with alcohol or peroxide and apply neosporin and a clean dressing. If the drainage continued see your doctor or the ER

See a DR: Peroxide will do NOTHING for this. Neosporin or bacitracin or triple antibiotic will do NOTHING for this. The only benefit of a dressing will be to prevent stains on clothing. HOT SOAKS (tap water) will help. May need drainage if not resolving in 2 days.
