Pain in lower groin area; several weeks; sharp pain from level 4-12; retaining fluid; urine is foamy/fluescent yellow; pain spreads throughout body at times; coughing is sporadic...i have no insurance nor a doctor...advice? what could this be?

Abdominal pain: Right lower quadrant pain would be associated with appendicitis, hernia, diverticulitis or colitis. Given the urinary symptoms cystitis, prostatitis or some type of bladder obstruction possible. Although no insurance I would recommend you b seen.
