Pilonidal cyst: Could be a pilonidal cyst. They do respond to antibiotics but require surgical excision in most cases eventially.

Be seen: There are a numbat of possibilities, most of which are not from the spine itself. One of the more common is a pilonidal cyst, and it may need to be drained by a general surgeon to heal. I would encourage you to be seen.
