I have got st hcg beta test count on 6th aug of 2, 780 and 2nd hcg count on 8th of 7, 500, on 10th i have got yellow spotting. is it something to worry?

Not necessarily: With a normal rise in your beta HCG levels and with it above the level at which an ultrasound would see a pregnancy, i think it would be time for an ultrasound examination to evaluate the viability of your pregnancy. The yellow discharge could be related or unrelated to the actual pregnancy and might just represent a vaginal process, anything from normal to a mild infection.
