HDL is Good: Hdl is the protective lipid often called "the good cholesterol". You question does not make sense since this is the one that if high often means you do not need treatment.

High HDL cholesterol: If your HDL is truly 143, then you have nothing to fear. the HDL is your protective cholesterol subtype. Whatever you/re doing, keep it up and tell others.
