No: This combination of blood groups is compadible with normal pregnancy and blood groups do not effect fertility at the beginnning.After establishing a pregnancy, if the infant has rh+ blood, the pregnancy is managed with additional treatments to reduce the possibility the infant will trigger a transfusion like reaction with the mother and end up with excessive blood break down and jaundice.
