What happens if boy & girl have the same nadi & blood group any problem in conceive?

? nadi: I'm not sure what a "nadi" is. Blood type doesn't make a difference in conception. There can be issues during the pregnancy & after birth if the mother is O + or Rh negative. These problems are usually easily managed.
