PCOS: With pcos, ovulation can be unpredictable. There are medications that can be used to aid in correcting your metabolic challenges to trick your brain and ovaries into working together. If you don't know if you have recently ovulated, and have had unprotected sex, it is reasonable to check a pregnancy test. If you desire to conceive, you may wish to discuss options with your gynecologist.
