Pre-natal vitamins: It would be good to consult an obstetrician for evaluation of your health before pregnancy. At a minimum you should take pre-natal vitamins that have iron and folic acid. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex.
