I am having viral fever since past 3 days, i have taken erythromycin 250 and paracetamol 500, but no cure till now?

Only time . . .: Antibiotics like Erythromycin only work against bacteria, not viruses. Most upper respiratory illnesses will resolve w/time regardless of antibiotics. Otc decongestants, antihistamines & assorted cold remedies might make you feel better temporarily. But there's no benefit to/from antibiotics.
