Paracetamol has the same chemical(Acetaminophen) as that in Tylenol. So they both have the same effect in controlling pain and Fever. Just check the amount of drug in the pill. This can vary from 325mg to 500mg per tablet or capsule. The recommended safe dose is 500mg to 1,000 mg. It can be repeated in 6 hours if needed.

Agree with Dr. Legha. Do not take more 4 gm in one day and do not take alcohol while you are taking Paracetamol/acetaminophen/Tylenol. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
