Is it safe to take seroquel (quetiapine) 150 mg. and temazepam 30mg. at the same time? i suffer from severe anxiety/panic disorder, mdd, and insomnia

Seroquel (quetiapine): If prescribed by same physician & monitored for tolerability ( no morning sedation), it should be ok.

INSOMNIA: Best to discuss medication & possible sleep study with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM.
