Coincidental: While i could understand your concern, these 3 diseases are unrelated. This would be no different than you flipping a coin 3 times in a row, and it coming up "heads" all 3 times.

Are you Obese?: Obesity can worsen arthritis, predisposed to gall stones and GI symptoms which could lead to kidney stones. Also may have other bad health habits like alcohol and smoking leading to gerd . If this conditions do not apply accept my apology. If the do weight loss and healthy diet will help.
