The current diarrhea is unlikely related to the gallbladder surgery 3 weeks ago unless you are on a prolonged antibiotic course. You probably have an acute gastroenteritis, recall what you ate out in the previous 24 hours. You should hydrate well and eat light diet in the next 24 hours, try Imodium (OTC) every 4-6 hours as needed to slow down the watery stool. Symptoms should improve in 24 hours.
