I have an in flamed gallbladder and a dark shadow by the side which they don't now what it is i also have kidney cysts and bowl problems can you help.

Indication 4 surgery: Your risk/benefit analysis will include a focus on the timing of your gallbladder removal surgery with your insurance having an influence. The dark shadow will hopefully be included in the gallbladder specimen for exam by pathology. Okay to get in for surgery consult, take family/friend with you.
