Interesting..: But i know of no evidence to suggest nst's are predictive of stroke risk. Certainly there is an increased risk of stroke in those with cardiovascular disease though... Stroke risk seminars are very common in many communities so it's usually quite straight forward to be seen and evaluated for such.

Yes: If your systolic blood pressure increases more than 20 mmhg during exercise portion of the test you are at increased risk of stroke.
