Had a perfect nuclear stress test. can you still have a stroke even with a healthy heart?

Yes: Strokes can be caused by clot getting into the brain circulation, high blood pressure and bleeding into the brain, ruptured aneurysm, and traumatic injury among other causes. It's nice that you had a negative nuclear stress test but that does not rule out vascular lesions that are not yet causing significant blockages. Your hypertension, obesity, and Motrin use would all represent risk factors.

Stroke: A stroke is generally caused by an obstructed brain artery or a ruptured brain artery. These can happen with a normal heart.
