Probably not: In your age group stroke is not common unless underlying illness, which you don't mention. But that doesn't mean there isn't something going on inside the brain itself for which MRI is the most sensitive. Without mentioning all those diseases suffice it to say talk it over with your doctor and put yourself at ease
