Your heart: The back pain is important as maybe your aorta is involved, as occurs when there is an aneurysm. But the chest heaviness has to be addressed. I hope you are doing that in the hospital right now.

Chest and back pain: At your age, especially if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, cardiac problems, i would worry about aortic issues such as aneurysm. Cardiac and aortic issues should not be ignored. Please see a cardiologist as soon as you can and get evaluated. Good luck.
