Chest pain: Considering your medical issues, it could be several entitities, but the more concerning ones relate to your lungs and heart. I would consider going down to the emergency room as soon as possible, because only a complete history, physical with testing is going to be appropriate for your complaint.

Go to the ER: At 57 and the medications you are taking, this could be heart related. Chew an aspirin and head for the hospital.
