Could be ......: The organs on either side of diaphragm can give sensation of chest heaviness that radiates into back. Gallbladder, fatty liver, gastric distention, ulcers, pneumonia, pleural fluid, and more. Get evaluated with your regular doc, take a friend with you, ask for a Ultrasound of abdomen and CXR. Go sooner if fever or vomiting, be well.
