Is a 36h bra size (45 inch bust and 36 inch underbust) a average size for a 220lbs., 5 feet 6 inch woman? i have pain underneath my breast and back pain. is this pain caused by my breast being too large? is a 36h bra normal or average for my weight?

Very large: and likely the source of the back pain as well. Surgical reduction may be a benefit. See your doctor for exam and discussion of reduction mammoplasty surgery.
